ATTSU steam boilers series RL are the result of a long tradition in the boiler manufacturing bringing together simplicity of design and energy efficiency in an extremely robust and reliable equipment. Three-pass steam boilers with totally water water cooled reverse flame furnace of high energy efficiency, low-level contamination and low-cost maintenance. In ATTSU we take care of every single detail from design, construction and finishes of our products which are remarkable in its sector by its safety, reliability and easy handling and access. Different cross-sections of RL model show the design of an ATTSU boiler which is known to be a key reference in the firetube boilers evolution.

To this purpose ATTSU steam boilers are available in many varied forms and in some cases, in order to avoid the construction of a suitable boiler house, they can be supplied in a containerized boiler room for an outdoor operation, o peration, fully installed and ready for operation and thus avoid any delay for civil works. In the same way, although they are designed and constructed in conformity with the German code TRD and the European Directive 97/23/EC, they can be designed according to ASME, BS, DNV, GOST, JIS and others.

Optional accessories
Water treatment plant which consists of a Economizer designed to improve the steam boiler efficiency. A large range of feed water and condensate recovery tank capacities allows satisfying any demand even with boilers from other brands. entirely made out of stainless steel, softener, chemical dosing pump, sampling valves, etc.
Steam Accumulator: it allows one-off steam supplies more than ten times greater than the steam rate of the boiler.
Stainless steel vaporizer designed for application where steam comes into direct contact with food. Suitable also for installations where is required ste am but there are available thermal oil or superheated water boilers.
Stainless steel blowdown vessel with temperature control. Different sizes suitable to meet the complete range of steam boilers from 50 to 20.000 20.00 0 kilos/hour.
Steam distribution header with multiple off-takes and bearing CE marking according to DESP 97/23/EC.
