Headings to the Conditions- The headings to these Conditions shall not affect theinterpretation thereof. 2A. Secrecy- The Contractor shall take all steps necessary to ensure that all persons employedon any work in connection with the Contract have notice that the Indian Official Secrets Act, 1923(XIX of 1923) applies to them and will continue so to apply even after the execution of such worksunder the Contract. 3. Contract Documents  The Contract is confidential and must be strictly confined to the-contractors or suppliers isnecessary) and to the purposes of the Contract. The Accepting Officer or in the case of Term Contracts, the Officer empowered to issue theWorks Orders shall furnish to the Contractor free of cost two copies of the signed Drawings, and of theSpecifications and of the blank Bills of Quantities, if any, and two copies of all further drawings issuedduring the progress of the Works. The Contractor shall keep one copy of all Drawings, and of theSpecifications on the Site and the Engineer-in-Charge or his representative shall at all reasonable timeshave access to them.All documents, copies thereof an extracts therefrom furnished to the Contractor shall bereturned to the G.E. on the completion of the Works or the earlier determination of the Contract. 4. Works to be carried out (Applicable generally to Measurement and Lump SumContracts) labour materials, tools, plant, equipment and transport which may be required in preparation for, andfor and in the full and entire execution and completion of the Works. The descriptions given inmaterials, carriage and cartage, carrying in, return of empties, hoisting, setting, fitting and fixing inposition and all other labours necessary in and for the full and entire execution and completionaforesaid in accordance with good practice and recognised principles. The Contractor shall be deemed to have satisfied himself as to the nature of the Site, localfacilities of access and all matters affecting the execution and completion of the Works. No extracharges consequent on misunderstanding or otherwise will be allowed. 4-A Works to be carried out (Applicable only to Term Contracts)- The Contracts shall except
