As a wife and mother of two boys, Sebastian and Raiff, she knows firsthand how to balance family life with the demands of running your own company. She not only lends practical every day advise on how to create the life of your dreams, but challenges the stereotypes of what that can mean. She fiercely believes that what you surround yourself with is a reflection of what you treasure and value, so she puts great importance on creating a living space that reflects that. By creating timeless and gorgeous furnishings and spaces for children, she provides the tools to do just that in the nursery for couples around the globe. Bratt Decor has enjoyed international success with sales in the millions. The company is a Hollywood favorite, and has an impressive “A-list” clientele. Time and time again the company has been celebrated for it’s design, service, safety, entrepreneurship, and quality. Mary has appeared on many television and radio shows. She has written columns on design, creating the perfect children’s room, travelling with kids, and much more. She has been interviewed countless times on subjects such as safety, celebrity nurseries, design trends, must haves, and more. She is available as a guest speaker, interviewee, television guest/host, and author.

BAUER
Stephen Bauer was born in East London, South Africa but moved to Cape Town as a teenager. It was there that he received a world class education in art and design. In the mid 80’s Bauer left his country and set sail for the U.S. A true maverick, Bauer had no money, no connections and no back up plan. But he believed in the American dream and dared to pursue it. Immediately employed as a successful commercial illustrator, he honed his unique design style and enjoyed national success. But it wasn’t until his wife Mary was expecting, that Bauer’s American dream came true. Inspired by love, creative passion, and the wild’s of Africa, Bauer created a spectacular crib for their baby, entitled Casablanca Plume. Today, Bauer is constantly designing and drawing inspiration from all facets of life. His unique design style defines Bratt Decor and sets the company apart from all others. His talent has fueled the Bratt’s meteoric rise and original voice. It is Bauer’s keen sense of form and function combined with his attention to quality that makes Bratt Decor’s offerings unprecedented in the world of children’s furnishings. It is the love and passion for his own family that inspires every single Stephen Bauer creation.
