Hence, the MPPSC Preliminary Exam will consist of two papers now namely the GeneralStudies and General Aptitude Test. Both the papers will carry 200 marks each. Questions will be of objective type carrying four options grouped A, B, C and D. Both the papers willconsist of 100 questions with each question carrying the similar value of 2 marks. Paper – 1 (General Studies) will consist of following subjects:1. General Science & Environment 2. Current Events of National and International Importance 3. History of India and Independent India 4. Geography of India 5. Indian Polity and Economy 6. Sports 7. Geography, History and Culture of Madhya Pradesh 8. Polity and Economy of Madhya Pradesh 9. Information and Communication Technology 10. Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribe ( Prevention of Atrocities ) Act, 1989, theProtection of Civil Rights Act, 1955 Paper – 2 (General Aptitude Test Paper) will consist of following subjects:1. Comprehension 2. Interpersonal Skill including Communication Skill 3. Logical Reasoning and Analytical Ability 4. Decision Making and Problem Solving 5. General Mental Ability 6. Basic Numeracy, Data Interpretation 7. Hindi Language Comprehension Skill
