It is engaged in manufacturing of bathroom accessories andkitchen accessories and wardrobes are produced by the private companies and in co-operative sector. Poornachandra Kedilaya passed out his B.E (Mechanical) as a college topper withdistinction from Bangalore institute of technology (Bangalore University) in the year 1993. ã Later, he worked in reputed firms like m/s SPIC madras and M/S.john Brown Engineering(India) private limited. ã And in Bangalore for two years worked as a piping design and procurement Engineerwhere he gained rich experience in the techno – commercial aspects. ã Mr. Giridhar Roa Y., with 50%share holding is the second partner (hare in after referred toas partner 2). ã Mr.Giridhar Roa Y., after completing his B.E (industrial production in maniple institute of technology, by securing 4 th rank for his university (Mangalore University).
