TPT12 GENERAL TECHNICAL DATA Design Pt100 sensor element mounted in a conical protective sheath which in turncan be screwed into a sleeve or into an external thermo well. Sleeve and coni-cal sheath make a hygienic seal. The seal is EHEDG-approved. Example o use Temperature measurements in tubing systems with hygienic demands e. g. inthe ood industry. Max temperature Measuring part: 200 °C Sensor material 1.4404 or 1.4547 Surace fnish Ra ≤ 0.8 is standard. By electro polishing Ra ≤ 0.4 can be oered. Response time Time constant,  τ 0,90   ≤ 2,5 s in water 0.4 m/s according to IEC 60751. The unique sensor The basis or the TPT12 is the well-proven ood productsensor. The sensor mounted in an appropriate sleeve isEHEDG-approved. The risk o bacteria growth is minimalater repeated use and cleaning. Media pressure Media pressure max 120 bar.
