Price quotes for space are available upon request. 8 Grounds Map of Exhibitor Locations Festival will work with agencies / exhibitors to determine placement, targeting specific demographic or programming activities. Possible exhibitor and mobile marketing locations are numbered and highlighted in yellow on the map below. 9 Exhibitors’ Promotional Rights & Benefits Exhibitors are granted the following promotional rights & benefits through their participation in Summerfest:  Exhibitor name listing in Festival brochure along with location and dates on site (no logo inclusion); same, plus logo inclusion, for festival’s Exhibitor page on www.summerfest.com  Festival website will also include a logo and a link to “Exhibitor” website 10 Tickets and Parking for Exhibitors Summerfest Exhibitors receive a pre-determined number of admission tickets and parking passes for their working staff.  Tickets / Passes:  Exhibitors receive a predetermined number of the following passes based on their footprint size and number of days on site:     MEAPS (manager passes; allow in and out privileges) Summerfest General Admission Tickets (for working staff; one admission per day; no in and out privileges) Lot A Hang Tags (manager parking pass; good all 11 days with in and out privileges) Lot P Single Day Parking Passes (employees / working staff parking passes; one entrance per day; no in and out privileges). NOTE: Additional admission tickets and parking passes may be purchased as needed. However, wristbands to leave and re-enter the grounds area available at all gate areas from noon until 6:30 p.m. daily.
