Walk 15  ®  takes the simplest, most natural form of exercise and makes it better  , seriously better, health enhancing, calorie torching, posture perfecting - that kind of better!Taking the best features from low impact, aerobic style, group exercise, Walk 15  ®  keeps choreography “easy” to follow but effective in results. It is built with “walking based” moves so that all fitness levels, all ages, all walks of life, can do it! The Walk 15® “steps to miles” system is our special feature. We pace the music at an “average” of 140 bpms. The pace ranges from 130 to 160 bpms to average the 140 bpm. The 15 Minute “Classic” Mile is approx. a pace of 4 miles per hour.
