Base on the inte#p#etation of the ph#ase Dupon #eachin the ae of !ao#it)5D Chins election3as clea#l) be)on 5 b) an) #easonable )a# stic;5 the allo3able pe#io 3ithin 3hich to e<e#cise the p#ivilee.
