Lower Back Pain Relief

There are many causes of chronic low back pain, whether it is due to wear and tear of the intervertebral discs, wear and tear of the joints or even wear and tear of the organs surrounding the spine. It can also be caused by sprains, strains, muscle or ligament spasms, fractures, osteoporosis, cancer and even sciatic nerve compression. Causes can sometimes be easily identified when they are linked to a specific disease. However, it is also possible that they are the result of several simultaneous pathologies.

Causes of chronic low back pain: What causes it? There are many causes of chronic low back pain, whether it is due to wear and tear of the intervertebral discs, wear and tear of the joints or even wear and tear of the organs surrounding the spine. It can also be caused by sprains, strains, muscle or ligament spasms, fractures, osteoporosis, cancer and even sciatic nerve compression. Causes can sometimes be easily identified when they are linked to a specific disease. However, it is also possible that they are the result of several simultaneous pathologies. Intervertebral disc wear and tear may be due to trauma, degeneration or ageing due to loss of water in the disc. Lumbar strain: is caused by overuse of the ligaments or muscles of the lower back (lumbar spine) and can last up to several months, depending on the severity of the strain. Muscle spasm or uncontrolled contraction of the lower back muscles. Vertebral fractures caused by severe trauma or other conditions such as osteoporosis (weak bones). If the fracture occurs, depending on the severity, surgery may be necessary, including recovery. Pain in this condition can range from no pain at all to low back pain (lumbago) that spreads when walking. Osteoporosis or weakness of the vertebrae of the spine can cause chronic low back pain. This condition occurs when bone density decreases and bones become more porous, increasing the likelihood of impact fracture. If you notice them, try to avoid them and instead develop other habits that make you feel better. Sitting badly on the sofa, tilting your head while reading a book or watching the mobile phone .... are routine habits that we tend to do badly out of habit. Similarly, coughing at night, clenching your jaw incorrectly, using a blanket that is too heavy or sleeping in the wrong posture are routine actions that add stress to the back and increase pain day by day. If you gradually change these habits and remove the tension even before going to bed with massages and tricks to soften and relax your back (as suggested in section five), you will be able to have a healthier spine and a more pleasant and restful sleep Click Here to START to Lower Back Pain Relief with a coach Don't hide your breasts Many women with large breasts tend to bend over (often unconsciously) to hide them, or simply because their weight pushes them forward. And this tendency exacerbates the feeling of heaviness in the back at the end of the day. Your back would be considerably relax if you were to throw your shoulders back, push your chest out and tighten your stomach a little Little is fixed by this posture. You may have tended to hide your breasts since puberty, and need to gradually manage the change. Most of us tilt our heads about sixty degrees when we look at our mobile phones, which overloads a neck that feels like it is carrying twenty-seven kilograms and ends up injuring itself. Holding the phone between the head and shoulder throughout a long chat is particularly damaging. It is always and in all circumstances better to hold the phone in your hand or use a headset or headphones. Try this trick to "flatten" your back: Lie down on the floor or in bed as close as possible to the wall and lean your tailbone against it. Now, lift your legs up and lean them against the wall. Hold this position, but never tense your muscles, but rather concentrate on effectively supporting the wall at the end of your back. Hold the posture as long as you feel comfortable and relaxed. If it is easier for you, you can stretch your arms in a cross on both sides of your body.
