Responsible for Optimization of LTE (TDD, FDD) sites of Huawei for Mobily Account.
Network Stat and KPI analysis and reporting i.e Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility and
Traffic.
Conducting Drive Tests for LTE (FDD, TDD) eNodeB/Clusters, observing
RSRP/RSRQ/RSSI/SINR/PCI Plots and giving recommendations accordingly.
Submitting the SSV reports of existing and newly integrated sites.
Responsible for supervising different DT teams and guiding them for different issues
they faced on site.
Post Processing of DT log files using Genex Assistant 3.15.
Analyzing the bad RF coverage areas and give suitable recommendations to improve it.
Supervising FMDT for removing Sector SWAP and overshooting issues in close
coordination with Integration teams.
Supervising Audits & Submitting Audit reports.
Achieving good LTE RF signal target of the serving RSRP and SINR for the live network
sites.
Very good understanding of OFDMA and MIMO technologies being used in LTE.
