When using only component A as a direct dye Processing time: 20 min.3 | SensiDO Trillion Tones by Rebecca Taylor4 | SensiDO Trillion Tones by Rebecca TaylorINSTRUCTIONS SensiDO Trillion Tones by Rebecca Taylor is a new type of hair color, which through mixing direct dyes with ammonia containing non-pigmented alkaline and hydrogen peroxide containing developer, it can be used as a permanent hair color. This method makes it possible to even color virgin and grey hair without pre-lightening or processing them. Direct dyes can also be used without alkaline or developer, making them a classic direct dye. Hair’s natural base will affect the end result, color does not remove the color already present in the hair, but adds new color to it. All shades can be mixed with each other. White can be used to make shade lighter. Attn! Intensive blue shade should not exceed 1/3 of total color mass. Mix the color: Create a color mix of your choice by using components A. Note: should you use blue in the hybrid color, drop the final amount to one third to see the final tone - when you are satisfied with the tone, add the remaining 2/3 of blue to the color mass. Add components B and C, see the table for the recommended strengths and amounts. Application: Evenly mix the hair color and apply to hair. Processing time is 20–50 minutes depending on the desired end result (see chart). USING AS A DIRECT DYE When using SensiDO Trillion Tones without alkaline and developer, general rules of using direct dyes apply. Analyse hair: If the hair is virgin, you will have to pre-lighten it. Mixing the color: Prepare the desired color mass by mixing the shades of component A Attn! Intensive blue shade should not exceed 1/3 of total color mass.Application: Evenly mix the hair color and apply to hair. Processing time is 20 minutes.5 | SensiDO Trillion Tones by Rebecca TaylorUSEFUL TIPS Intense-tones Intense Yellow: Allows to create vivids, as well as natural copper shades. Yellow color pigments will help you bring warmth to cool shades. Intense Blue: Allows to create vivids. With the help of intense blue, red and black, you will achieve cool, intense black even in completely white hair. Intense Red: By mixing intense red with other shades you can create all orange, purple, mahogany and red brown variations. Intense red will add a nice tone to black hair. Intense Brown: The combination of brown and yellow color pigments allows to create a versatile coppers’ palette. By mixing brown and red color pigments you will achieve intense red-brown shades. Intense Black: Intense black color pigment helps deepen and darken any shade. Black and brown allow to create custom natural shades.Pastel-tones // Pastel-tone intensity is 20% of Intense-tones. Pastel Yellow: Pastel yellow allows to create fresh orange, peach and apricot shades, as well as stunning green tones. Pastel Blue: Mix pastel blue and white together to achieve various nuances of turquoise. Mixing pastel blue and yellow will result in a beautiful green shade. By combining pastel blue, red and black, you can successfully neutralize the orange nuances from hair. Pastel Red: Pastel red helps create beautiful pink, rose golds and delicious candy colors. Pastel red can also result as a vivid shade in completely blonde hair. Pastel Brown: Pastel brown in combination with any other pastel color allows to create any natural blonde shade from copper to different hues of sand. Pastel Black: Pastel black color pigment helps to easily create various grey nuances, as well as neutralizing tones when mixed with red. Black and brown allow to create natural blonde shades. ATTN! Intense Blue and Pastel Blue turn green due to chemical reaction when mixed with alkaline and developer. Color application can be started as soon as the components are mixed, green will turn back to blue in a matter of minutes. The color will be the same as the initial pigment mixture.6 | SensiDO Trillion Tones by Rebecca TaylorHOW TO IMPROVE HAIR COLOR RETENTION After coloring hair surface changes from hydrophobic to hydrophilic, in other words from water-repellent to water loving, due to the removal of scalp and hair protecting oils. Post-oxidation period lasts up to 48 hours, during which time it is recommended to avoid washing hair, going to sauna or taking a bath. A couple of days after hair processing, hair surface cuticles close, dramatically improving hair color retention. The sun visibly effects color fading process, always remember to use hair products that contain UV-protection. Use products developed particularly for colored hair care and avoid deep-cleansing products. Wash hair with lukewarm water. Protect hair when swimming from chlorine or when going to sauna. Apply heat protection products when using for example hair dryer or straightener.
